1. Do I have to attend live?

Nope, participate on your own time, at your own pace. You will find the daily challenge video in your email first thing in the morning - check your Spam/Junk folder if you don't see it and move it to your Inbox. We recommend you watch it as early in your day as possible as you will be given a tool to use in moments of stress, as well as to start your day with inspiration.

If you can't attend the live Q&A, you can submit your question(s) prior to the call to receive a response. The replay will be available in the Love & Happiness Challenge private portal that you have full access to.

2. How much time will this challenge take daily?

Not much! The daily Wisdom Session video will be 10-15 minute minutes max. The Live Q&A + Guest will be 30 minutes, you can attend live or watch the replay. The tools you will be given can take as little as 15 seconds to apply. The Love & Happiness Challenge is designed to make your life easier, not harder!

3. What if I don't have any experience with mindfulness?

Absolutely no experience necessary. This challenge is perfect for beginners as well as advanced mindfulness practitioners. You will be guided every step of the way.

4. Can I invite a friend?
